Absence because of suspected sickness.

Dear Ms Lee,
I will not be attending school today as I am not feeling well. I will be visiting the doctor later today as I have the following symptoms: Nausea, Runny nose and an inflamed throat. Please pass the message on to the PSLs that both my parents will be coming for the badge ceremony, that no special food requirements are needed.
